On April 20th and 21st the Redemptorist Community kindly brought the Icon of Our Lady of Perpetual Help to Tuam Cathedral. It was in celebration of 150 years of the Pilgrim Icon of Our Mother of Perpetual Help being with the Congregation of the Most Holy Redeemer and it was part of a tour of the Cathedrals of Ireland, www.FollowTheIcon.ie.
Mass was celebrated in Tuam Catherdal by Archbishop Neary on Wednesday, April 20th and there were various ceremonies for the schools and members of the public on Thursday morning.
