On Saturday Oct. 27th a group of 16 young pilgrims set off from the Cathedral in Tuam for Máméan in Connemara. They carried their own prayers and intentions, along with the the intentions of the parish as they made one of the country’s great Patrician pilgrimages. The Tuam Young Adult’s group is for young men and women between the ages of 18-25 who are interested in learning more about their faith, getting out and living it more enthusiastically and coming closer to God.
