Archbishop Neary would like to extend a warm word of welcome to the Apostolic Visitation team, Archbishop Terrence Prendergast of Ottawa and Prof. James Conn, SJ of the Gregorian University in Rome. The Archdiocese very much looks forward to their visit and very earnestly hopes that it will continue the process of healing and renewal in the Church in Ireland. Archbishop Neary asks the people of the diocese to keep the visitation in their prayers – that it might bear fruit and help towards the renewal which is so close to the heart of the Holy Father, Pope Benedict XVI.
