Dawn Mass Easter Sunday 2011

On Sunday, April 24th Dawn Mass was celebrated on the shores of Lough Corrib.  It was organised by the diocesan youth council in co with the parish of Cong.  Fr. Pat Farragher was chief celebrant.

Transition Year Projects in Knock

Our Friday April 8th students from eight schools presented their Transition Year Projects ‘Parish Life – Living our Faith’ at a ceremony held in Knock. Each of the eight schools gave a two minute summary of their project and the day finished with a beautiful moment of prayer in the Apparition Chapel.

John Paul II Awards – Presentation

On Wednesday, October 20th, 2010 Gavin Duffy, Connacht and Irish Rugby Player will present the John Paul II awards to the many young participants from the diocese at an award ceremony in the McWilliam Park Hotel, Claremorris at 8.00 pm. All are welcome to attend. Refreshments will be served.
