The annual diocesan pilgrimage to Lourdes is a great occasion that many people look forward to every Summer. The Pilgrimage is led by Archbishop Michael Neary. The Spiritual director is Fr. Austie Fergus and organiser is Ms. Sheila Davin. Bookings are being taken for next year already. All welcome!
World Youth Day Madrid 2011

30 Pilgrims from the Archdiocese had a wonderful time in Madrid in August 2011 on pilgrimage to World Youth Day. On Reek Sunday, July 31st, 2011 the Eucharistic Congress Bell was brought to the top of Croagh Patrick by a group of students from St. Gerald’s College, Castlebar in preparation for the International Eucharistic Congress in Dublin in 2012.
