It was also part of the preparation for the team of young people attending the Eucharistic Congress in June. Youth of Robe Cluster help the Poor of the Philippines

On Friday October 7th 16 young people of the Robe Cluster (Parishes surrounding Ballinrobe) launched their fund raising efforts to raise €60,000 to go to the Philippines to help the Badjoa tribe in Cebu with building and education projects. Photos of the launch can be viewed in the gallery below:

22 Hardy Walkers took to the Tóchar Phádraig on Tuesday, 28th of December, 2010. Fr. Frank Fahey set us off with a blessing from Ballintubber Abbey. Fr. Tod Nolan coordinated the day.
